Willemite on Dolomite  – Tsumeb Mine, Otavi Mountains, Oshikoto, Namibia
 
Wonderfully large and beautifully crystallized Willemite crystals on dolomite. The transparent crystals are bright turquoise-blue and stand out in contrast to the matrix.
A rarity in very good quality from the Tsumeb mine in Namibia. 
Under shortwave, the Dolimit glows intensely orange-red, under longwave, the Willemit appears yellow.
