 Tourmalines from the Jonas Mine are famous worldwide and easily recognizable by their unique coloring. The tourmalines, up to 3 cm long, have this intense raspberry red color. Transmitted light reveals the exceptional transparency of the gem-quality crystals.
 The tourmalines are in excellent condition and, together with the lilac-colored lepidolite, form a highly aesthetic collection piece.
 Ailton Barbosa made this unique rubellite discovery in the Jonas Mine (Conselheiro Pena) in 1978. An aesthetic and high-quality specimen from this historic find, sought after by collectors.
