 This tourmaline with a black head is a rarity from the Californian Himalaya mine. Find from the early 1980s.
 The crystal is unharmed and rises elegantly from the base overgrown with small tourmalines. The color changes from a soft pink to an intense pink before it terminates in the last two millimeters in an opaque black.
