Grape chalcedony with a particularly intense color and high luster. The piece stands out among others of its kind for its perfect quality, color and shine. 
A rare (and therefore coveted by collectors) spherical form of chalcedony. The chalcedony is found in the Mamuju (Manakarra) area in the province of West Sulawesi (Celebes) in Indonesia. The chalcedonies are traded under the names "grape chalcedony" or "grape agate", but also manakarra stone.
