Topaz on Smoky Quartz - Kleine Spitzkoppe, Erongo, Namibia
 
Particularly clear and sharp-edged topaz in a wonderfully aesthetic build up on a double terminated smoky quartz.  The layer of limonite at the point of contact between the quartz and the topaz gives the piece a yellowish touch and therefore a wonderful liveliness. 
Collectible of outstanding quality.
