Two emerald crystals with end faces in biotite schist. The crystals stand out for their good transparency and an intense dark green color. At 15 mm long, it is a remarkably large emerald crystal.

Emeralds from the Habach Valley are among the absolute alpine classics. Not least because apart from Norway there are hardly any other deposits in Europe. Even in an international comparison, the intensively green gemstones from the Alps can easily keep up.
