Scheelite, Goshenite, Muscovite – Xuebaoding, Pingwu, Sichuan, China

 Scheelite with wonderful translucency and magnificent luster on muscovite. Small goshenites can also be found on the specimen.
 This aesthetically pleasing piece comes from the Xuebaoding Mine, which is now closed as the site is located within a national park. Since no new finds from this mine are possible and there are not many left on the market, these specimens are highly sought after by collectors.
