Rhodonite on galena – Broken Hill, Yancowinna Co., New South Wales, Australia

 Particularly intensely colored rhodonite crystals on a highly lustrous, crystalline galena matrix. The blood-red rhodonites exhibit very good transparency and a beautiful luster. The main crystal is well exposed and displays the typical rounded shape.
