Quartz (Japan law twin) - Mondo-Nueva, Peru
 
 Rare specimen with highly lustrous and transparent quartz from Peru. Two Japan law twins measuring 1.6 cm diagonally sit embedded in the long-prismatic quartz crystals. 'Japan law twin' are twin crystals whose axes intersect at an angle of 84.33°. The growth form is extremely rare. Wonderful collector's piece from Peru.
