Quartz, aquamarine, muscovite – Erongo, Namibia

 Beautifully and aesthetically arranged paragenes of quartz, aquamarine, and muscovite on matrix. The greenish-shimmering muscovites stand out wonderfully against the feldspar matrix and form a stunning backdrop for the intensely blue beryl variety aquamarine. This is crowned by a "star" of quartz and accompanied by further long prismatic quartz crystals.
 Both aesthetically and mineralogically speaking, a magnificent specimen from Namibia.
