Phantom Quartz – Piz Regina, Graubünden, Switzerland
 This beautiful cabinet specimen from Piz Regina is dominated by a crystal-clear rock crystal in which a multitude of high-contrast phantoms can be seen. These phantoms are darkened by gneiss inclusions, making them particularly visible due to their perfect transparency. The smaller rock crystals are also wonderfully clear and also contain phantoms.
