 Water-clear, high-luster quartz with highly fluorescent petroleum inclusions. The dragonfly-like inclusions of yellow petroleum contrast beautifully with the clear quartz and fluoresce a dazzling white under artificial UV light. Scepter quartz has a particularly beautiful graphic structure.
 A wonderful collection piece of this find in Madagascar, which mainly consisted of quartz points, which are only very rarely formed into a sceptre!
