Monazite forming a perfect and sharply edged, bright honey-yellow crystal group (3,5 mm) resembling Titanite (Sphene), grown with tiny Rock Crystals on gneiss matrix. Excellent specimen from a large old Rock Crystal vein, its hanging-wall yielding the largest and best Monazite crystals of the Ticino region (cf. LAPIS 1/2018). Found in August 2020, ex Stefan Weiß collection
