A particularly intense royal blue lazurite crystal of remarkable size and quality on a matrix. Such clearly defined crystals with perfect color and shape are extremely rare. This beautiful display piece from the Koksha Valley in Afghanistan has a fully documented history and comes with four labels.
Also known as lapis lazuli, the crystal contrasts strikingly with the bright, pyrite-infused calcite matrix. Well-formed lazurite crystals are extremely rare.
