 This richly studded historic crocoite specimen from the 1960s features magnificently lustrous and wonderfully intensely colored crystals. As is typical of crocoite, the crystals are unfinished and partially hollow.
 Crocoite crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system and develops partly very diverse, but mostly long, prismatic to needle-shaped crystals.
 Beautiful, color-intensive and high-contrast collection piece of this Australian classic.
