Corundum var. ruby - marble quarries Prilep, North Macedonia
 A rich, vibrant ruby with a typical pink color, undamaged and beautifully crystallized. Rubies from Prilep are known for their pink color, but it's rarely this pronounced.
 The dolomite marble near Prilep contains numerous calcite veins with idiomorphic corundum and rutile crystals.
 Under long-wave UV, the ruby shines in a neon-like pink.
