Sculpturally constructed hyalite on a matrix. This mineral usually occurs as a crust, only rarely do the spherical crystals build up to 17 mm, as seen here, and form an extremely aesthetic structure.
This variation of opal is highly fluorescent. Rare collector's piece of considerable size from the Czech Republic with good luster.
