Clinozoisite – Sonora, Alamos, Mexico

 A nearly 5 cm large clinozoisite crystal with partially dissolved end faces and wonderfully intense color in transmitted light. The crystal has a beautiful luster at the prisms.
 The piece from Robert Scheck's former collection is considerably large for the site where it was found.
