Garnet Var. Andradite, Prasem, Hedenbergite – Avasalos, Serifos, Greece

 A very beautiful specimen with garnet crystals (var. andradite) from the Cycladic island of Serifos. The garnet crystals are enormous, reaching up to 16 mm in size! Several beautiful green prase crystals are present on the sides. Small hedenbergite crystals are also visible. A wonderfully aesthetic and rare piece from Greece.
