Gold – Rosia Montana, Romania
 A vein with preserved host rock on both sides. Numerous gold flakes are embedded in the quartz. Gold wires up to a few millimeters in size can be seen in small geodes. These are partially embedded in younger gypsum crystals. This is an extremely interesting specimen, as this material can only be acquired from old collections.
