Galena with tarnish colors - Rossiclaire, Illinois, USA
 A beautiful galena specimen with extreme and rare tarnish colors and small, perfect calcite crystals. The typical calcite crystals make this rather rare locality easy to identify.
 On the old collection labels (Gößwein and Kühnel) the galena was incorrectly referred to as hematite.
