Fluorite – Dice Pocket, Okorusu Mine, Otjiwarongo, Otjozondjupa, Namibia
Unique fluorite specimen in incredibly intense colors, from a recent find. The crystal consists of several intergrown, undamaged cubes. Due to its size and intense color, it is one of the better pieces of this find.
The slightly packaged and high-gloss surfaces end with naturally flattened and skeletonized edges. The lateral contact points are recrystallized.
The opaque black fluorite shows a real explosion of color even with little transmitted light. The palette ranges from violet, in various shades, to light blue, turquoise and green. The play of colors is unique and appears in different tones depending on the incidence of light and the viewing angle. The colors are particularly beautiful in daylight.
Unique collector's piece from Namibia.
