Fluorite, Sphalerite – Minerva No. 1 Mine, Cave in Rock, Hardin Co., Illinois, USA
 Fluorite with the coveted color combination of yellow, violet, and blue. The lustrous crystal displays a large light blue zone that transitions to a rich violet before the yellow core becomes visible. Typical of the famous localities are beautifully recrystallized negative impressions.
 Sphalerite forms a beautiful contrast to the transparent fluorite.
 A beautiful classic from a well-known site that is unfortunately no longer in operation and therefore cannot produce new specimens.
