Fluorite – Cäcilia Pit, Freiung, Wölsendorf, Schwandorf, Upper Palatinate, Bavaria, Germany
 
Sharp-edged and highly lustrous fluorite cubes with dark phantoms. The fluorites are partly covered with "Eisenkiesel" on one side. This quartz coating gives the piece a beautiful aesthetic and dynamic look. What is interesting is that the quartz coating grew free-standing above the fluorites. 
A very nice, now rare specimen of a German classic!
