Fluorite, Galena – Halsbrücke, Freiberg, Saxony, Germany

Sharp-edged fluorites with a mirror-like smooth surface rise from a base of golden yellow fluorite. The fluorite crystals are partly wonderfully transparent and shimmer slightly lilac on the surface. Galena and chalcopyrite crystals have occasionally grown onto the fluorite. Some contact points have an iridescent luster.
