Fluorite - El Portezuelo, Sierra de Ancasti, Catamarca, Argentina

 Two differently colored generations of fluorite are found on this superb specimen from Argentina. The first generation forms the base of green fluorite, while the second grew from lilac-colored fluorite on top of the first.

 Argentine fluorites are very rare!
