Window Quartz, Scepter Quartz – Rauris, Salzburg, Austria
 
 Aesthetic, water-clear rock crystal scepter with beautiful windows. Depending on your taste, you could remove the limonite coating to fully reveal the brilliance of the quartz. However, the coating provides a nice contrast and gives the piece an intense orange-yellow color. Unfortunately, the contact point on the back has not healed completely. 
 The Rauris is known for its diverse rock crystal finds. Almost all deposits are in the core zone of the Hohe Tauern National Park. For several years, collecting minerals here has only been possible with a special permit. Because of this, minerals from the Rauris are rarely offered.
