Epidote – Knappenwand, Untersulzbach, Pinzgau, Salzburg
 
 Well terminated epidote with good lustre and intense color from the famous Knappenwand in Pinzgau. This alpine classic is particularly intact and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. the various green-brown tones appear in transmitted light. As far as is known and visible under UV, the piece is not repaired, which is a rarity for epidotes of this size.
