Dioptase, Calcite – Malpaso, Dumesnil, La Calera, Cordoba, Argentina

 A rare item from Argentina, in a particularly large size.
 Intensely colored, lustrous dioptase crystals form partly star-shaped groups that stand out beautifully against the shiny calcite crystals. The dioptase crystals reach a length of up to 1.3 cm, which is exceptionally large for this location.
 Argentine dioptases are extremely rare!
