Celestine – Floristolla Mine, Enna, Sicily, Italy
 
Wonderful sharp-edged crystallized celestite with good translucency and a great shine. A smaller, particularly transparent crystal has grown onto the large crystal, forming an aesthetic collection level. Unfortunately, the smaller crystal isn't entirely flawless, which doesn't detract from the aesthetics of the piece. 
Yellow sulfur inclusions at the base create a nice contrast. 
Rare large and intact celestite from Sicily.
