Baryte with Sphalerite and Galena – Stefanie Mine, Bad Bleiberg, Carinthia, Austria
 
Barite as chalky white bladed "spathic caps" (up to 1.5 cm), largely covering a waxy layer of brown-yellow Sphalerite crystals (1-2 mm) on dolomitic host rock. An important cabinet specimen from the world-famous lead/zinc deposit! Historical find in 1967, ex collection Max Pohl/Hanau (Bb 1-2)
