Clear short-prismatic Armenite crystals (up to 4 mm), with milk-white Albite on grey/white striped Zoisite/Celsian gneiss. Rich specimen from an alpine fissure! Wasenalp is considered the world's best occurrence of Armenite, the extremely rare barium analogue of Milarite (cf. LAPIS 7-8/2016). Found in July 2016 in the north-east face of the Armenite zone, ex Stefan Weiß collection
