Agate – Idar-Oberstein, Birkenfeld, Germany, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany
 A wonderfully zoned agate from Idar-Oberstein. The red and white bands center around a narrow geode containing quartz crystals and some calcite, which is clearly visible on the unpolished reverse.
